Customer service is our top priority. We started MMM to be a vendor willing to help the community simplify what would otherwise be a complex, confusing, and sometimes gate-kept process of modifying kid's toys into bikes that are just flat out fun as hell to ride. This is a hobby that has changed over the last couple years. What used to be done by guys and gals with mechanical experience from modifying cars or bikes is now able to be done by completely novice builders who may never have even put a lego set together and that's awesome. That means the community is growing. The skills people are learning just from some of the simple bolt-ons are hopefully skills that will translate to future projects and life in general. All that being said, we are having trouble keeping up with all of the emails we receive and we want to try and fix that.

If you have read this far and are looking to contact us for advice on your build, I would first ask that you, at the very least, search the Facebook groups with your question. Odds are high that somebody else asked the same or similar question and the community provided not only answers, but advice as well. This will most likely lead to you getting the answer you need faster than emailing our general inbox.
