190mm Pit Bike Brake Rotor set w/Adapters

Pit bike rotors with or without adapters to make razor wheels work with our bike brakes or other brands that use the same 190mm brake rotor.  These will not work with zoom brakes, only pit bike calipers.

When ordering our rotors and adapters as a set, make note that the tolerance on the adapters for the rotor bolts is very tight to ensure they stay concentric with the hub.  Start by threading the rotor bolt through the rotor onto the adapter, do this for all four rotor bolts.  Once all four are threaded through the rotor onto the adapter then install the nylon lock nuts.  If for some reason you need to remove the rotors from the adapters you MUST start by removing the nylon lock nuts first, after the nuts are removed completely you will be able to back the rotor bolt out.  We have had customers strip bolts in the past because this was not made clear to them. 

If you are ordering the adapters only and have a set of rotors that you sourced elsewhere start the installation by threading the rotor bolts through the rotor to the adapter (make sure the adapter is oriented correctly with the rotor bolt recess facing the rotor).  After all the bolts are installed then thread on and tighten the nylon lock nuts.
