Jason C This replacement arm that accommodates belt drive for the 6.5" QS165 swimgarm works exactly as intended. Fit and finish are top-notch and installation is easy and straight forward. No additional hardware or special parts to make it work were needed. Simply remove and replace your old arm. Of note, MWMMs attention to packaging are on par with brands like Apple. Any items (many) I have ever received from them have been boxed with care and precision.
