Due to popular demand we are happy to now offer a single adjustable fork upgrade kit. The dial at the top of the fork tube allows you to adjust the rebound setting of your forks. This allows you to control the rate at which the front forks return to their original position after compression. Everything included in this kit is the same as our other fork kits, the only difference is the adjustable fork tubes.
This fork upgrade kit was designed for MX500, MX650, and SX500s equipped with Zoom brakes or those who plan on running pit bike brakes. The stock Razor fork length is 550mm. You can calculate the amount of lift these kits provide by converting MM to Inches. There are 25.4 MM per inch so a 630MM fork is approximately 3 inches taller than stock and our most popular size. Please note if you run wider tires like our 12" super moto's these longer forks will rub you'll want the 630's if running our wide tires. This was fixed with the smaller front tire size we offer currently
Our triple tree clamps are machined right here in the U.S. out of 5/8in 6061 aluminum. They are bead blasted and anodized in either silver or black. Disregard old photos showing raw finish you may find, we do not offer that any longer. Included in our fork upgrade kit will be the fork tubes, triple tree clamp set, mud guards, and all the necessary hardware.
We also offer an extended front brake cable brake kit so check those out for a simple solution. If you are buying anything over 580mm in length you will need a longer front brake line. The stock cable brakes will not fit with the included zoom brake adapter. You will need zoom or pit bike brakes. Our pit bike brakes currently do not work with stock razor wheels, but we are developing custom rotors and spacers to solve this issue too!
